Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you total authority over your e-mail accounts and newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can create a brand new e-mail box in an instant and administer its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can forward e-mail messages from one email box account to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your mailboxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a particular email box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and change the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one email box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you would like to redirect e-mails from, then select the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or mobile device and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email box will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
